Dilma’s leadership at New Development Bank marked by delayed targets and harassment allegations

As she prepares for a second term leading the New Development Bank (NDB), the BRICS bank, Dilma Rousseff faces scrutiny, Folha reports.

Documents obtained by Folha reveal that the NDB is lagging behind on most of its goals, with an employee turnover rate of 15.5%—three times higher than the 5% average for multilateral development banks, according to an independent evaluation report.
