Uruguay’s parliament is reviewing an agreement on the country’s potential membership in the New Development Bank, according to Izvestia, citing the Russian embassy in Montevideo.
“As for Uruguay’s accession to BRICS structures, the national parliament is discussing the agreement on the country’s joining the New Development Bank,” the embassy was quoted as saying, according to TASS.
