Russia launches BRICS+AI Alliance

The Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) has officially launched the BRICS+AI alliance to foster collaborative advancements in Artificial Intelligence (AI). 🇷🇺🤝🌍

RDIF CEO Kirill Dmitriev made the announcement at the AI Journey conference in Moscow. Over 20 companies from six BRICS member states—Russia, China, India, Brazil, Iran, and the UAE—have already joined the initiative.

The alliance includes more than 50 companies, including universities, medical firms, pharmaceutical developers, financial infrastructure innovators, telecommunications leaders, electric battery manufacturers, and semiconductor producers. According to Dmitriev, the focus will be on advancing digital technologies across both public and commercial sectors.
