Iran urges BRICS to play role in stopping occupation crimes

Iranian Assistant Foreign Minister for Political Affairs Ali Bagheri called on BRICS members to exercise their political and actual will to completely stop attacks against civilians and civilian infrastructure in the Gaza Strip, to immediately, completely and sustainably stop attacks on Gaza, to quickly send humanitarian aid, especially food supplies, medical supplies, medicines and treatment to all areas of Gaza, and to completely withdraw the occupation forces from Gaza.

Syria, Bolivia, Sri Lanka want to join BRICS

Syria has started the process of joining BRICS, Tass reported. Syria’s ambassador to Moscow recently said that applications to join have been submitted.
