Brazil, for example, has demonstrated expertise in satellite technology and remote sensing, while Russia boasts a long history of space exploration, including manned missions and pioneering satellite launches. India has emerged as a major player with its ambitious lunar and Mars missions, showcasing its prowess in space technology on a global stage. China has rapidly advanced its space programme, achieving milestones such as lunar landings and constructing its own space station. South Africa has also made strides in satellite technology and has the potential to contribute significantly to space research and development.
