Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik has confirmed his participation in the upcoming BRICS summit in Kazan, according to Serbian media reports.
“I received an invitation, and I will be in Kazan on October 19. Although Republika Srpska lacks international capacity, it is crucial for us to be present as observers and to be part of this significant event,” Dodik said.
